Our Story
The Living Room was born long before the doors officially opened. Its roots go back to a small but powerful event movement called It’s a Vibe, a series of monthly gatherings that grew louder, fuller, and more meaningful each year. Those early events planted the seed for something bigger, a space where creativity could breathe, where people felt held, and where community was not just invited, but centered.
For Delise, entrepreneurship has always been about opportunity. Not just for herself, but for everyone she touches. If she could empower herself, she believed she could empower others. The Living Room became her answer to a question she carried for years: how do we build a space where people are safe to show up fully, create boldly, and work with dignity?
Today, that vision lives inside every inch of the space. It is a home for artists who need a stage. A sanctuary for community members who need a gathering place. A workplace where people can feel safe, valued, and welcomed. The Living Room exists to create access, amplify voices, and open doors that have too often been closed.
The space has grown into a creative ecosystem where voices are amplified, opportunities are shared, and artistry thrives. Whether it is a birthday celebration, a poetry rehearsal, a film shoot, or a full-scale performance night, the space adapts while holding the same intention: to give people room to grow.
This is more than a venue.
It is a safe place.
A community catalyst.
A cozy, vibrant home where creativity flourishes and stories come to life.
Welcome to The Living Room.
